Ecumenical and Interreligious Resources
February 7, 2008
Colleagues and Visitors:
Welcome to the Resources Pages of the Consortium.
With the encouragement of the Consortium Communications Committee, we will be making a sustained effort to provide up-to-date resources on ecumenism on these web pages. Dr. Mitzi Budde of Virginia Theological Seminary has agreed to provide timely updates on ecumenical resources.
We hope that these resources will be of help to faculty and students. We have students who are pursuing the Consortium Certificate in Ecumenism especially in mind.
The resource material is divided into four parts—recent articles, recent books, reference works and important websites.
I wish to thank Father John Ford of Catholic University who for many years provided Ecumenical Updates that we sent by email to interested friends and faculty members. We hope that this new effort on the website will make such resources available to more friends and visitors.
In the future we hope to provide resources on interreligious dialogue—especially for students pursuing the Consortium Certificate in Muslim-Christian Relations.
Peace,
John W. Crossin, OSFS, Ph.D.
