The Protestant Episcopal Theological Seminary in Virginia

Led by Peggy Treadwell, LICSW and the Rev. Jacques Hadler
This seminar addresses the intense emotional side of congregations through the lens of Bowen Family Systems Theory with Edwin H. Friedman's application to clergy leadership. Each day will include lectures, discussion, video presentations and case study learning. Come join us in a year-long journey as two national leaders, experienced with both clergy and family systems theory, teach a new way of thinking and understanding human interactions in "emotional systems" where leadership is key to survival and growth.

Minimum of 12 participants
Sessions begin each day at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.
Tuition: $1,300 (covers all three sessions)
Housing per session: $300 (covers three nights)
